JPT Return Policy

JPT AMERICA, INC. values our relationship with you and offers a return policy for most books that you purchase directly from us.   

How to Return :

You must send us your request by FAX and receive a return authorization code prior to returning any merchandise within 6 months of the invoice date.   

You must:

• Return the books in their original condition: Remove any sticker on the books. All merchandise must be in New and Unused condition.
• Ship the book(s) at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.   Any books received in less than saleable condition will be discarded with no credit given unless you provide us your UPS or FedEx collect account number with the return.

Restocking Fee : Unless the book is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, a restocking fee of 10% will be charged on all returns.

* If you leave any sticker on the books we will charge a 15% restocking fee.

Please Note:

All Special Import Orders placed only for you may NOT be returned at any time.

All returns must be made within 6 months from the invoice date. However you may keep the books beyond this period if you have a permission code. We are pleased to offer this extension for up to 12 months. Please FAX an extension request to us if you wish to sell the books again next semester.

We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
